Workshop “Collective AECM” by Natagriwal

“As part of the LIFE B4B project - Belgium for Biodiversity, Natagriwal is developing a reflection with the aim of initiating an innovative pilot project for to set a collective agro-environmental mesure in Wallonia. Such an approach raises numerous technical and administrative questions and considerations, but also, and above all, sociological ones, related to the dynamics of collaboration among farmers and the partnership between a group of farmers and associative or public partners.

We gathered nearly 40 experts in agri-environment and stakeholders for a seminar on the subject on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech to begin the initial discussion.

The morning was dedicated to the presentation of initiatives developed in neighboring countries as well as in Flanders. In the afternoon, participants were divided into different roundtable discussions to exchange viewpoints. You can download all the presentations on Natagriwal website.”
